Preconstruction Design

When we have discussed your requirements, our team of experts will develop a detailed preconstruction design. This design will include all of the elements of your project, such as the layout, materials, and finishes.

Quote

We will provide you with a transparent and competitive quote that includes all of the resources required to complete the project. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with the cost of the project before we move forward.

Construction

On acceptance of the quotation, The Builders will carry out the construction phase of the project to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with the design specifications. We will keep you updated on the progress of the project throughout the construction process.

Handover

On completion, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that the project meets your expectations. We will then hand over the project to you so that you can enjoy your new space.

Downstairs extension and upstairs dormer extensions

We received a number of quotes for having our extension and dormer built. Dom was the most professional and organised person who we saw by far. Having all the plans printed out on arrival and giving us a fully broken down quote in only a few days ( close to the quote given on the first day of meeting).
Throughout the build when a few surprises were uncovered Dom was excellent at dealing with these situations and even redesigning things for us on the way. I was confident in Dom and team for overcoming any unexpected challenges that arose ( as inevitably do in builds ).
The build is now complete and we are more than happy with the finished product ! Everyone that comes around loves the extra space that Dom helped create. Now we get to enjoy all their hard work.
